L.D. Geller is Head Archivist at the American Field Service in New York City. His previously published books include several volumes on the Pilgrims and Plymouth. Geller's current work in progress is The Gentlemen of Plymouth Colony: A Social History of 17th Century Plymouth. He is also doing research for a book on U.S. military operations in World War I.
