IN 1945 Pierre was visiting with his dear friend George Waller Blow in Virginia around when the Drawings were to be published: While there, he inked one more sketch which I've dubbed "Wolf in Sheep's clothing". " Pierre drew it in Yorktown and felt it was too strong a statement, balled it up and threw it in the trash can."
Georges son, Tony, rescued it from the trash and ironed it out. He treasured it the rest of his life. Tony passed away last year, so it has passed to a daughter named Marston Blow, in Asheville NC, Marston & her uncle John Blow (Fort Lauderdale, FL) have graciously granted the OK to add it to "Our Story"
